Amazing location, just a few yards from the train station and bus stop. Christiane, the host, provided excellent hospitality and even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Loads of freebies like tea, firewood, and bath towels. Warm and cozy apartment with plenty of space. Beautiful view of the Eiger Mountain from the balcony.
Felt very well looked after, no reason to complain.

Amazing location with breathtaking views, everything you need is provided, and the property has a rich history. The owner, Christiane, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even despite personal difficulties. She gave us a tour of the apartment and was always happy to chat. Taking a stroll in the early morning was pure magic. The apartment is close to the train station and commercial area, the living room and bedrooms are spacious, and the balcony offers a fantastic view. Christiane is incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment itself is warm, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We especially loved the balcony with its comfy chairs. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Grindelwald.

I had a wonderful stay at a chalet just a short walk from the train station. the location was incredibly convenient, and I was able to enjoy a stunning view of the Eiger mountain right from my room. the WiFi worked perfectly, and the room was spacious with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen.
Despite being over 100 years old, the chalet didn't feel outdated at all. Cons: Nothing to dislike!

The host and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming, even though my English skills were not the best. They made an effort to communicate and made me feel at home. The spacious rooms and kitchen in the historical building were amazing. I also loved the breathtaking views of the mountains from the balcony. The location was perfect, with a bus stop and town center just a short walk away.
The wifi signal was a bit unstable during my stay, which was a minor inconvenience. the hot water in the bath occasionally turned cold, which wasn't ideal.

The apartment is in a beautifully renovated Swiss house with a jaw-dropping view of the Alps from the balcony. The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the train and bus stations, as well as the city center. Christiane, the host, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The living room with a fireplace was perfect for cozy evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean and spacious. Free parking was available on the premises. Grindelwald offers better views than Interlaken. We absolutely loved our stay here!
